Permission to process nightly reports

You let Arthur read the nightly reports forwarded from your hotel, so Arthur can write the morning and follow open items with your GM.

Information Arthur keeps

Arthur may keep the operational figures read from those reports. Arthur does not keep card data or guest lists.

Stopping access

You can tell Arthur to stop. Arthur will stop reading new files after receiving your request.

This agreement is between you and Devan Govindji, doing business as Arthur.
